Shipping policy
General Conditions
I offer a flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping on all orders except custom products like bags. At online checkout, you will be prompted to choose your desired shipping method for your shipment. Each shipping method chosen has its own restrictions and charges that will be automatically-applied to your order. As you update your shipping method, your order total will also adjust accordingly.
Rules & restrictions
Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays). All orders are shipped through Canada Post. I do not ship gift cards; they can only be redeemed in store. Shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to Canadian addresses. I'm currently unable to ship to multiple addresses. Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time for standard shipping with Canada Post is 4 - 9 business days.
Please note :
- Orders placed after noon will be processed the following business day.
- Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please make sure you check your spam folder in the event you have not received it in your inbox.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
