Custom Orders for Rings and Leatherwork Policies

Hello, and thank you for your enthusiasm for a custom piece from B.H.J.C. Your interest means the world to me. As a solo artisan, it’s incredibly gratifying to know that you appreciate the dedication and craftsmanship I put into each creation.

Custom orders, including rings, belts, and other made-to-order items, are non-refundable. I am not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, or specifications provided at the time of ordering. Please make sure to double-check all details before placing your order.

A Note on Leather Products

Please note that each roll of leather can absorb dyes in a unique way, causing the color to vary slightly from what's shown in the pictures. Additionally, all leatherwork is handcrafted, so minor imperfections should be expected. These small variations add unique character to each piece.

Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.

Full payment is required for all custom orders. Once production has begun, all associated costs have been incurred, meaning cancellations are no longer possible, and the order is non-refundable.

The estimated lead time for custom orders is 8–12 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays. Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to change. In the unlikely event that a custom order exceeds 20 weeks from the date of deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order for a full refund of the deposit or payment.

Once a custom order has been submitted, modifications are not guaranteed. Any approved changes may incur additional charges.

Your credit card may be automatically charged for outstanding payments according to our Store Policy, including but not limited to overdue invoices and additional charges.

B.H.J.C. stands by the quality of custom orders and will address defects or damages if applicable. However, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded due to buyer’s remorse.
