Hello and thank you for your enthusiasm for the a custom pieces for B.H.J.C. Your interest means the world to me. As the sole artisan responsible for all the work, it's gratifying to know that you appreciate the dedication and craftsmanship I put into each creation.


However, I must inform you that I'm currently at full capacity with existing projects and I am temporarily unable to take on new custom orders at this time, both for rings and leatherwork.

 

When Can You Expect Custom Orders to Resume?

I'm dedicated to ensuring the highest quality for each and every project I take on. As such, I am focused on completing current commitments before reopening custom orders. To stay up-to-date on when I'll be resuming custom work, consider following me on social media

While custom orders are on hiatus, you're warmly invited to explore my available collections of ready-made rings and leather goods. Each item is made with the same attention to detail that I bring to custom orders.

A Note on Leather Products

Please note that each roll of leather can absorb dyes in a unique way, causing the color to vary slightly from what's shown in the pictures. Additionally, all leatherwork is handcrafted, so minor imperfections should be expected. These small variations add unique character to each piece.

Custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded.


Full payment is required for custom orders. Once production has commenced all costs of production have been incurred therefore a cancellation is no longer possible, and the custom order cannot be refunded. The custom order lead time is estimated at 8-12 weeks. This does not include weekends or holidays.


Production and delivery lead times are estimates and subject to change. In the unlikely case of a custom order exceeding 20 weeks from the date of the deposit or payment, the customer has the right to cancel the custom order for a full refund or the deposit. 


Once a custom order has been submitted there are no guarantees that they are able to be modified. Charges may apply to approve any production modifications.


Your credit card will be automatically charged for outstanding payments according to our Store Policy, including but not limited to overdue invoices and additional charges. 


B.H.J.C. applies to custom orders only to the extent of defects or damages. Custom orders are not able to be returned or refunded based on buyer’s remorse.


If the customer is unable to take delivery of the order’s item within 15 days of being contacted that the items are ready to ship, charges will be applied to the customer. If the customer is unreachable by phone and/or email, unable, or unwilling to take delivery of the items after 15 days of B.H.J.C.'s effort to inform the customer of delivery, the customer forfeits the non-refundable deposit paid and B.H.J.C. has full discretion on how the order’s items are to be handled.
